Compliant status

This status follows validation.

Automatic validation: the compliant status is inherited from your account settings.

Manual validation: the document is validated by a user.

Validation by a reliable source: the due diligence check to which you have subscribed is valid (banking details, anti-corruption, etc.), the proof of registration is generated by e-Attestations.
Documents for which the control response is not valid remain subject to your approval, they retain the action required status.

Non-compliant status

This status follows a refusal. The third party will be restarted weekly until a new deposit is obtained.

Manual refusal: the document is refused by a user. He enters a mandatory comment, document and comment are stored in the document file.

Expiration date exceeded: the validity date of the document has expired.

Response interrupted: the third party is no longer sharing this document, they have chosen to withdraw their response.

Interrupted sharing: the third party can distribute the same document in all the files of all its clients or file it in each file. He no longer shares this document with you.
