An AI analysis error, what should I do?
Aprovall Check automatically analyzes certain documents submitted to the platform to verify that they meet the expected criteria.
In some cases, a document may be rejected even though it appears to be compliant. This can happen, for example, when analyzing an insurance certificate.
My document appears to be in order but was rejected.
If you believe the document was wrongly rejected, you can request a review from our Support team.
Support will be able to:
examine the document in question
check the criteria that led to the refusal
and, if the document meets the expected criteria, proceed with the necessary actions to regularize the situation.
To facilitate the processing of your request, please remember to specify:
the document in question
the company or third party to which it is attached
and, if possible, the reason why you think the refusal is incorrect.
Why report an analysis error?
The reports also allow our teams to identify cases where automated analysis can be improved.
This information helps to develop Aprovall Check and to progressively improve the relevance of the analyses performed on the documents.

A rejection by Aprovall Check does not mean that an analysis error is impossible.
